LEVEL 1 (EXPERT): This is our premier service which is EXPERT Opinion based on the facts of your case. This is a deeply analytical review of the government’s arrest/investigation report and a thorough investigation into the police action based on various standards. There are no traditional witness interviews in this type of service.
This may include:
Pointing out motions the attorney may want to file
Pointing out pieces of Discovery that may be available, but not provided
Pointing out other evidence that may exist
Pointing out missing pieces of information
Compare department Policies & Procedures with the actions of the involved officers
A review of the involved officer’s training records from his/her department and the MPTC
