Having been a police sergeant and investigative trainer for over 20 years and contemporaneously a private investigator since 1993 conducting business (civil) and employee background investigations (Advance Disclosures, Inc.), I am now able offer discrete and highly professional investigations (criminal or civil) for businesses such as yours.
Small businesses tend to lack a total security department and mostly rely on Human Resources and retained legal counsel to conquer any legal problems that arise. Police intervention is sometimes immediately warranted, but occasionally it is not in the best interest of the company until the company knows all of the variables and the potential scope of the investigation.
Because of my expertise in the practical methods of any investigation by state, local or federal authorities, I serve as your liaison to the police, making sure bounds are not over stepped, thus putting your company in jeopardy for other potential infractions.
